The Australian Institute of Management WA (AIM WA) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead our finance team and play a pivotal role in our organisation's success.

About the RoleAs the Finance Manager, you will oversee AIM WA's financial operations and manage a dedicated finance team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), your responsibilities will include:
Leading financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities.Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Providing strategic financial insights to drive organisational growth.Mentoring and developing the finance team.Collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with operational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management: Oversee financial planning, reporting, and procedures. Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Strategic Planning: Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making and long-term organisational growth.Compliance and Risk Management: Lead audits, manage risk, and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.About YouWe're looking for a motivated professional with:
