Autonomous, finance leadership role for a highly successful, growth-driven financial planning firm with offices located within an easy drive from any Gold Coast location. Their focus is on delivering long-term, strategic and innovative solutions to their loyal client base.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Team in a 'hands-on' role, ensuring accounting obligations and requirements of the busines are met.
They are seeking a Finance Manager with a growth mindset to support the CFo and business leaders in the full finance function.
Your duties would include: Assisting the CFO with board papers, business acquisitions, audits and budgeting Supporting the bookkeeping and finance team Payroll for 60+ staff Monthly preparation of dividends to shareholders Reconciliations and monthly reporting (P&L, B/S plus commentary) Compliance including BAS/IAS, PAYG, Payroll tax Budgets and forecasts, cashflow analysis Analysis of other financial metrics Involvement in acquisitions/due diligence Leading ad-hoc finance projects About You Formal qualifications such as a Bachelor degree in accounting/business CA/CPA qualification is ideal 5+ years experience within an accounting firm Experience reporting of multiple entities and consolidated financial statements.
