About the Role

Lead and develop the finance team to deliver robust financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Provide strategic input to guide business direction, ensuring fiscally sound decisions across all departments. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage audits, and maintain effective internal controls. Streamline and improve financial processes, using ERP (Epicor) for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate across departments, linking finance with operations to support high-performance outcomes. Key Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA or CPA qualification required. 7-10 years of financial management experience, with 5+ years in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Epicor. Strong hands-on leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Application Requirements:
