Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be based on-site with one of our Government clients in Canberra, and will provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting services with a focus on continuous improvement.
You will maintain a Global Best Practice approach in the establishment, Management and delivery of the Finance Team services to our client account, as well as achieve KPI, financial and other targets.
Success in the role will be measured by the ability to extract and analyse data into clear and cogent reports, and engage with relevant stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements.
Job Requirements
Develop, update, implement and maintain the procedures, processes and management systems required to ensure astute financial management of the Services
Oversee, co-ordinate and support the activities and development of the finance and financial support staff.
Establish and implement client specific financial reporting, including budgets, quarterly forecasts, assets under construction and lease reporting.
Prepare and present monthly management accounts and reports, of actual against budget with appropriate detailed variance analysis
Management and administration of all financial transactions associated with leases, acquisition and divestments and capital works
Support of accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, reconciliation of lease payments, outgoings charges, monitoring of key dates, calculation of rent escalations and tracking of key lease terms as it pertains to finance
Support of lease administration, including calculation of rent escalations.
Undertake all other accounting and financial management activities as directed by the Service Providers Representative (Account Director)
