The Organisation
This uniquely exciting Canberra based organisation, operating nationally and internationally, has seen significant growth with more forecast.  As a result the CFO has identified the need to employ a highly technically competent and engaging personality to enhance the financial management function and organisation more broadly.   
  
The Role
In this newly created role, reporting and working closely with the CFO, you will the opportunity to work on a broad range of accounting responsibilities including:  
Financial and management reporting including management/Board and statutory reporting Oversight of the financial operations Preparation and monitoring of the budget and forecasting Cash flow budgeting and management Compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements Day to day oversight of the internal controls You will also be heavily involved in bringing the financial management systems, policies, process and controls to be both contemporary and best practice.
  
About You
To be successful in this exciting position you will be ideally be CA/CPA qualified and ideally have experience in a similar role taking day to day responsibility for the broad remit of financial management and reporting.

You will have excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills and be proactive, driven and be results oriented.
