The Opportunity:
In a diverse role, you will ensure the reliability of the company's financial information processes, facilitating timely and accurate financial reporting, other general business functions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Reconcile balance sheets and prepare P&L statements Manage and report intercompany transactions Review and analyze overhead costs Handle treasury activities, including banking and cash flow forecasting Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits End to End payroll and ensure tax compliance (PAYG, BAS, SUPER, FBT, Income Tax) Prepare annual budgets Create monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Assist with statutory accounts and income tax returns Conduct budget forecasting and variance analysis Perform cost analysis to identify trends Mentoring and assisting other finance staff HR functions - Preparation of Employee-Related Documents Provide support for general IT operations Assist with property management duties, such as handling lease agreements, addressing office breakages, and responding to general inquiries To be successful in this role, you will have: 5+ years experience working for a residential builder, building supplier, or commercial builder Member of CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants Experience using Databuild, Click Homes, Employment Hero and MYOB Professional and proactive manner Exceptional high attention to detail Whats on offer: Full-time role Long-term career growth opportunities Own parking space Salary up to $180k + super If you are interested in progressing your interest in this role, please click on the APPLY NOW button and register your details.
