Our Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.About the Role

Reporting into the REM Finance team, this role is responsible for providing fact-based financial and commercial support and insights relating to the Supermarkets remuneration cost.You'll work across Operations Finance and Workforce Planning teams for data and insights, analysing large datasets to identify trends to maximise business opportunities and drive budgeting and forecasting.You will also:Support the development of an accurate and insightful budget and planning processesIdentify and implement continuous improvement, by automating and simplifying financial processes and analysisInfluence business leader decision making with fact-based insightful and innovative analysisTake ownership of forecast modelling tools, notably PalantirProvide financial support for the development of initiatives impacting remuneration costs and project-related business cases (capital/operating expense)About you and your skills

We are looking for a passionate Finance Business Partner with a continuous improvement mindset and track record of execution. This role is best suited to someone with experience working with complex organisations, and confident simplifying complex financial information for financial and stakeholders.You will also have:CA/CPA or similar business qualification or near with commercial awareness and business focusSAP and TM1 experience preferableAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high pressure and challenging environmentProven ability to challenge & influence key business stakeholders (finance and non-finance) to achieve best for business outcomesWhat's in it for you?
