Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our team in a permanent full-time position.
This role calls for someone with exceptional business acumen, a positive disposition and strong interpersonal skills.
You will be providing a high level of support to the transactional services team to ensure accurate data is processed through the financial system and deadlines are met.
A day on the job will see you: Manage budget, forecasting and strategic planning processes and operational risk for relevant division Contribute to the Strategic Planning Process as it pertains to the division Contribute to the development and deployment of best practice forecasting and planning tools & processes as it pertains to the division Champion a best practice controls and governance culture within the division Partner with all leadership in the division to manage and optimise risk and opportunity Drive financial accountability and commercial capability across relevant division Qualifications About You Bachelor's or equivalent in Finance and/or Economics Completed or working towards the CPA or CA Experience working with Tech-one or similar accounting system and advanced excel skills.
Experience in process improvement.
Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Ability to train and impart knowledge to all areas of the business.
Strong collaboration skills and resilience to change.
