About the roleBased in Castlemaine, the Finance Business Partner will partner with our Ham and Bacon manufacturing teams putting together appropriate financial budgets & forecasts, setting standard costs, measuring performance against standards & identifying cost saving opportunities. You will also manage and mentor a Cost Accountant, providing direction, training, guidance and support as required.
