Job Description Reporting to the CFO and FC, your main responsibilities will include:
Designing and Implementing KPI Dashboards: Spearhead the development of sophisticated dashboards and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting tools, providing leadership with real-time insights to drive strategic decision-making.Driving Reporting Automation: Lead the transformation of reporting processes through automation, ensuring timely and accurate data flow across the organisation while reducing manual effort.Optimizing Cash Flow Analysis: Enhance financial agility by streamlining and automating both short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, supporting proactive cash management and informed financial planning.Standardising Finance Procedures: Develop and document standardised finance procedures, while creating tailored workplans for individual roles, fostering consistency and operational efficiency across the finance team.Enhancing ERP Utilisation and IT Alignment: Collaborate closely with IT leadership to refine ERP systems and ensure alignment with broader technology strategies, unlocking efficiencies and enhancing data integrity.Cost Analysis and Supplier Efficiency: Conduct comprehensive analyses of cost structures and supplier relationships, identifying areas for improved efficiency and recommending strategies to optimise spending and supplier performance.The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate is a proactive, solution-oriented professional with a collaborative approach and strong execution focus.
