The roleThis role delivers timely, accurate financial insights and reporting to support business decisions and helps shape effective financial planning through in-depth budget, forecast, and project expenditure analysis. By preparing critical reports and conducting ad hoc analysis on staffing, cash forecasting, and commercial arrangements, you'll play a key role in keeping the finance function aligned with organizational needs.
Working closely with teams across an operationally diverse portfolio, you'll proactively identify and adapt to shifting business requirements. Managing competing priorities, you'll ensure high-quality, responsive financial support that aligns with evolving business demands and supports strategic decision-making at all levels.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to move projects forward.
Proven experience delivering strategic financial insights to senior management, backed by strong communication and engagement skills.
A collaborative mindset, enjoying teamwork and sharing ideas to achieve the best outcomes.
Initiative and sound judgment in complex situations, with a strong ability to independently address challenges.
What is an essential requirement:
Relevant tertiary qualification and professional membership of CPA/CA with demonstrated post qualification experience.
