About our role:
We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team at our Adelaide office. This role will play a crucial role in collaborating with operational and functional leaders to provide financial insights, analysis and support to drive informed decision-making and achieve business objectives. This position will provide:
Strategic financial analysis, partnering with regional leaders to understand objectives, challenges and opportunities.
Assistance in the monitoring of major project performance to assess impact on broader regional financial performance.
Budget and forecasting.
Business partnering and stakeholder management, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, fostering collaborative relationships and providing financial guidance.
Act as a liaison between finance and other departments within the region.
Continuous improvement and process enhancement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance financial reporting and analysis.
About you:
A strong analytical skill set, strategic thinking and the ability to build effective relationships will be pivotal for the successful candidate.
A professional, friendly manner.
Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Certified Practicing Accountant, or similar professional institution.
5+ years' experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial analysis and business partnering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and data analysis tools and software.
