Full timeThe 'Finance Business Partner informs and supports key performance delivery and execution across the Product Division (Product, Pricing and Underwriting) and within the Growth Ops Division (Innovation and Alliances) to play an integral part in the Corporate Finance purpose of supporting and driving profitable growth throughout A&G.The Product division spearheads exceptional profitable growth year-on-year through market-leading pricing and product design and underwriting excellence, and this role is pivotal to ensure it can continue doing so. The Alliances team oversees our products that leverage the excellence of our Alliance partners in product or services. The Innovation team does exactly that - innovate for the future.The roleProvide financial leadership to the business with input, leadership and recommendations on strategic direction, commercial constructs, business cases and divisional initiatives.Driving the planning and forecasting processes for the Growth Ops Division providing adequate rigour and challenge to ensure alignment with strategy.Identifying performance opportunities through analysis and interpretation and providing clear insights to the Product Director and leadership teams. This includes daily, weekly, and monthly results as relevant to understand and drive performance as well as ad hoc analysis and reporting requests as required.Understand financial implications and risks (including mitigation) of performance, projects, initiatives, contracts and educate key stakeholders on these, including translation to operational results.Create and update relevant financial models to support new and ongoing business initiatives with a focus on driving process improvements and commercial insights.
