Finance Business Partner (Drilling & Completions)

You will be responsible for: Ensure full compliance with SOX controlsCost management for D&C campaignAccruing monthly well costs in accounting system in line with drilling reporting and then reviewing results against planContract reviews for D&C campaigns (rig/vessels)Half and Year End D&C lease and commitment reportingEmbedded derivative reviews for D&C contractsCost tracking against AFE and well cost estimates to prepare accurate monthly accrualsPrepare quarterly forecasts with cost controller and annual budget for D&C activitiesCompletion of well reconciliations (eg mud, cement, casing, completion materials, fuel) – currently being transitioned to Cost Control TeamMonitor, allocation and close out of campaign accountsMaintain appropriate reporting & analysis to enable decision-makers to discharge their responsibilitiesBuild relationships with key stakeholdersContinuous improvement to improve the delivery of financial services and processes to meet business requirements and shift emphasis from historic review to performance management
