Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Ensure clients' expectations are surpassed. Develop customised financial strategies aligned with clients' unique circumstances and objectives. Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand goals and constraints. Attend Masterclass events and conduct client interviews. Manage the client experience from application to settlement. Prepare, review, and submit documents in line with standards. Identify business opportunities and influence processing timelines. Develop a thorough understanding of loan products and policies. Communicate with third-party professionals and promote Infinity Group branding. Maintain necessary accreditations and compliance standards. Qualifications: Cert IV in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (Mandatory). Diploma in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (Optional). FBAA/MFAA Accreditation (Mandatory). Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory). 2-3 years industry experience (preferred although not essential). Accreditations with lenders as required. Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option.
