Job Highlights: Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM (AWST) (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Manila Time) with one hour lunchKey Responsibilities: Payroll Management:
Manage all payroll activities, including processing payroll, handling leave requests, commission payouts, and other related tasks for both companies.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with legal and company regulations.Financial Management and Reporting:
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to assist in financial planning for both companies.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Create, send, and follow up on invoices for both businesses.
Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlements for both businesses.Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and manage the annual budget for both businesses.
Monitor spending against the budget and report variances to support financial decision-making in both settings.Compliance and Record Keeping:
Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and ensure all financial practices comply with tax laws and regulations for both entities.
Maintain comprehensive financial records for auditing purposes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
Proven experience in financial management and payroll processing.
Strong understanding of Australian financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal Attributes: High level of integrity and reliability.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.IMPORTANT: For accounting-related, data/reports analysis jobs, please complete the EXCEL TEST as well.
Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
