We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic Professional Services team as a subject matter expert in our Finance package and integrated logistics module. In this role, you'll work directly with both new and existing customers, analysing, training, and supporting their financial requirements.
Your knowledge in areas such as Financial and Management Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Business and Income Activity, Payroll, Banking, Assets and Inventory will be invaluable. You'll also have opportunities to expand your expertise in other aspects of our software suite and general business operations. Working closely with our agile software Research and Development team, your insights will contribute to software design and usability as we strive for industry-leading solutions.
Key responsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day consulting engagements with clients effectivelyWorking on new system implementationsProviding product training, support, and ongoing services to our customersAssisting with transaction analysis and reconciliationAdvising customers on business processes and industry best practicesDelivering project outcomes within scope, budget, and timelinesMaintaining accurate time management and recordingEngaging in self-paced training and testingOccasionally traveling locally and interstate as requiredSkills and experienceThis role is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience seeking a fresh direction in their career.
