Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Finance and Administration Officer:
provides financial management support for Ecosystem Health Branch and the division;provides administrative and clerical support to the Branch Manager and program leaders;undertakes other research and related project works as required. Selection Criteria
Applicants should address the following four (4) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than three (3) pages in total.
Demonstrated, well-developed experience in financial management, budgeting preparation and processing of accounts, with knowledge of financial management (preferably Oracle Financial Management system).Demonstrated well-developed experience in office management and the provision of administrative support to staff including records management.Demonstrated well-developed experience in the use of personal computers and software packages, including Microsoft Excel software.Proven research, analytical and problem-solving ability. Eligibility: To be eligible for permanent appointment, it is essential to have Australian citizenship, New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency status.
