Your responsibilities will include:Reconciliation of daily revenue and trust accountsManagement of all invoicingEffectively manage aged receivables and report accordinglyProvide support to the Finance department as requiredAbout YouPrevious accounts receivable experienceHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience with management of trust accountsUnderstanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulationsProven ability with Sun Systems and RMS or Opera PMSDynamic individual with an ability to multitaskStrong commitment to process improvementAble to work effectively within a small team and has a proactive approach to assisting the team to cover fluctuations in workloads when requiredAbility to build and manage client relationshipsDiscounted accommodation and food & beverage; a duty meal in the staff canteen; undercover car parking when available.
