The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in preparing management reports or working within a hybrid accounting role within a commercial business.
Key Responsibilities:Analyse financial performance and prepare detailed reports for managementAssist in budgeting and forecastingSupport month end reporting with analysisAssist with variance analysis and identifying trends and opportunitiesPartner and collaborate with cross functional teams to support strategic initiativesPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadershipQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance or AccountingCA/CPA QualifiedAt least 2 years of experience in preparing management reports or working within a hybrid accounting role within a commercial businessAdvanced Excel a must haveBI tools experience not a must but would be advantageous (Power BI, Tableau, etc.
