We have a strong and proud history of delivering diverse projects on time and on budget and we embrace and execute our mission statement; 'To deliver safe, sustainable, high-quality projects and services which uphold our core values and the 'Austral Construction' legacy'.We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our company to assist our Perth team with a variety of ongoing projects.Reporting into the Finance Director, the Finance Analyst will deliver financial performance reporting and key financial insights to the Managing Director and operational management.Responsibilities will include:Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making. Monitor performance against financial targets and analyze variances.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. Reporting on key financial and non-financial metrics to Group will also be required.Strategic Support: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business strategy and operational efficiency.Budget Management: Assist with the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Review and validate budget assumptions and outputs.Financial Accounts: Prepare and maintain accurate financial monthly accounts for overhead departments including recommending cost control measures to deliver efficiencies.Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.Compliance and Control: Ensure financial practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
