From our head office in Adelaide, South Australia we're growing globally!Position SummaryAs a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing assistance with month and year-end accounts, preparing reports, processing journals and general ledger reconciliation. Sharp with numbers and having strong attention to detail, you would be working closely with the Finance Manager to assist with AP, AR, along with a broad range of other finance tasks.What you'll doYou will support Honeywell business leaders and support to drive finance initiatives and decisions. You will also play an important part in identifying trends and developments in competitive environments and support the management outcome decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement and accurate reporting of P&L and Balance SheetMonth end accounting tasks and journal entriesReview of financial records and correction of errorsExpenditure and margin reporting, variance review and analysisConduct financial accounting and reporting for stock reconciliations, journals, new sales, fixed assets recording and depreciation, prepayments and accrued expensesUndertake accounts payable process including accounts payable approvals, pay run processing, reviewing bank receipts and sending purchases invoices to Xero / accounting softwareAssist with ad-hoc finance admin processes work such as bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, site reporting, connectivity checking and stock orderingQualifications/ Experience/ KnowledgeA Bachelor's degree in AccountingCA or CPA qualification3+ years' experience in a similar roleExperience with month end accountingExperience with general ledger reconciliationExperience with monthly operational & financial reportingExperience with SAP and/or Xero requiredExperience with Hyperion reporting and Blackline highly desirableStrong attention to detailHave continuous improvement focus - suggest ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial reporting and associated functionsExperience in a B2B SaaS environment would be desirableJoin a team of commercial finance professionals to support finance decisions with one of Honeywell businesses.Why work with us?We're a diverse, global team committed to a product and mission we believe in.
