ABOUT YOU Previous experience working with Mortgage Managers or experience loan writing/loans processing with a multitude of different lenders is highly desirableKnowledge in SMSF lending also highly desirableAbility to handle high volumesProduct Knowledge – ongoing trainingGood grasp of NCCP requirementsAbility to provide exceptional customer service experience in a professional settingProblem-solving skills and the ability to follow processes and proceduresGood working knowledge of the Microsoft office productsAttention to detail and capability to deliver exceptional administrative supportMust have the proven ability to be able to work as a supportive team member, but also to work well individuallyCert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking is desirable, or willing to undergo training for Certificates.
