Covey Associates Pty Ltd is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, and experienced Finance Administration All-Rounder to join us at our Maroochydore office. The Position This is a permanent full-time position that will be in-house (with some minor flexibility) located at our Maroochydore Office, reporting to the Company Accountant, working with the finance administration team. Your responsibilities will be to share in the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties and will include, but are not limited to, assistance with:
Debt Management Accounts Payable Bank Reconciliations Managing QA Certificate RecordsPolicy and Procedure Manual BuildingAsset ManagementAudit SupportCredit ControlPurchase OrdersPurchasingDatabase ManagementSkills and Experience MYOB: Experience using the MYOB accounting package, although Xero and other packages are an advantage.Industry Experience: Prior experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable role is essential.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technical Skills: Strong/Advanced skills in Excel, Word, MYOB, and other systems.Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively.Bonus Points for: Relevant qualifications in the industry.Same or similar experience.Organizational skills.Strong Excel and Word Microsoft Suite skills.Experience with local government or the construction industry and community.A "no problem too big and no task too small" attitude.How to Apply Ready to join us?
