As a leader in the South Australian building industry, we understand that we are only as good as our people, and we value highly those who fit our culture of making a personal commitment to team high performance.Working from our modern Mile End offices, and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be an enthusiastic part of our highly efficient finance team.About the roleYou will be involved in a variety of tasks including high volume accounts payable administration, bookkeeping, assisting in Bank Reconciliation and maintaining other administrative processes.Reporting and working closely with the Finance Manager; key responsibilities of the role include:Accounts Payable / ReceivableProcessing overheads and invoicesProcessing general ledger journalsManaging internal and external accounts queriesPetty cash reconciliations and reimbursementsReportingDaily receiptingReconciling the bank account and credit cardsEnd of month processes, including month end rollWorking within the account related software programsAbout youThis role will be ideal for a suitably experienced Accounting professional (ideally with building industry experience), or a university graduate looking to kickstart their finance career.
