Finance Administrator

ROUSSOS Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a well-established architecture studio to appoint a Finance Administrator. Located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, this studio is known for its creativity and out-of-the-box forward thinking attitude. You will experience working alongside well-regarded individuals in the industry as well as being part of an enthusiastic team culture, while running the financial function of the business. The Role You will provide financial and administrative assistance to the team, clients, and consultants. Financial efficiency is critical in supporting business operations and therefore precision and consistency will be required as you conduct a variety of support jobs. This position will allow you to demonstrate your exceptional financial and administrative talents in a dynamic team setting. You will: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, costs and general ledger Invoice management Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers for payment requirements Budget preparation Insurance policy document management The Like Mind To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles as well as experience in MS Word, Excel, MYOB and Synergy. Experience in the architecture business is not essential, however you will have a friendly disposition and the ability to connect and interact with people at all levels, including architects, coworkers, and managers.
