The CFO will identify and implement strategies and practices that position Baptist Care SA for stability and align with the future direction of the organisation, whilst ensuring a high level of financial accountability efficiency and effectiveness.Sound knowledge and experience of corporate governance will provide a good foundation for the direct relationship with the CEO, other members of the Executive.In addition to a high-level strategic contribution and leadership of the finance function, the role provides Executive leadership and oversight of the information systems, assets and procurement teams.The CFO will ensure that all internal and external accountabilities in relation to the organisation's finances, information systems and assets are met in a timely manner and to a high standard.You will therefore be a seasoned and highly experienced Executive manager, with a proven track record of financial leadership within large organisations and ideally possess expertise in the Not-for-Profit sector. Experience overseeing domains such as Information Systems, Procurement and Property and Assets, will be well regarded. A degree in finance, accounting or business and membership of a professional body (CPA or ICAANZ) are mandatory.
