We are seeking a Finance Administrator who will be responsible for processing accounts receivable, debtor management, asset related record keeping and general finance administration.
Key Responsibilities: Processing all external customer invoicing and all debtor management Create and process all invoices into the company accounting software and remit to customers within company timeframes Regular follow up on outstanding debtors Maintain positive customer relationships ensuring all queries are handled in a professional manner Provide Accounts Receivable reporting as required to management Monitoring of asset movement and recording of all entry and exit inspections Liaison with Site/Project Managers regarding future movements and scheduled maintenance Management of the Master Asset Schedule Management and maintenance of project lookups Review of and understand the scope of customer contracts for billing What You'll Need to Succeed: Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced accounting / finance role Proven accounting skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks to a high level of quality Self-motivated with a positive attitude and dedication to undertaking duties in line with company requirements, objectives, and timeframes Why MacKellar: Great Team Culture!
