We are seeking a Finance Administrator who will be responsible for processing accounts receivable, debtor management, asset related record keeping and general finance administration.
Key Responsibilities:Processing all external customer invoicing and all debtor managementCreate and process all invoices into the company accounting software and remit to customers within company timeframesRegular follow up on outstanding debtorsMaintain positive customer relationships ensuring all queries are handled in a professional mannerProvide Accounts Receivable reporting as required to managementMonitoring of asset movement and recording of all entry and exit inspectionsLiaison with Site/Project Managers regarding future movements and scheduled maintenanceManagement of the Master Asset ScheduleManagement and maintenance of project lookupsReview of and understand the scope of customer contracts for billingWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced accounting / finance roleProven accounting skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersAttention to detail with the ability to complete tasks to a high level of qualitySelf-motivated with a positive attitude and dedication to undertaking duties in line with company requirements, objectives, and timeframesWhy MacKellar:Great Team Culture!Permanent opportunity located on the beautiful Sunshine CoastA company that values work-life balance, work Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm!We are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
