What this opportunity involves: Join JLL's PAM VIC Finance Team as a Finance Administrator for a bustling shopping centre in Melbourne's inner suburbs.
This role is a Fixed-Term contract for a parental leave cover.
We're seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with strong communication skills to ensure client property accounts are prepared and verified to agreed standards while providing crucial financial and office administration support.
An overview of the role: • Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, including raising Purchase Orders and coding in MRI (our real estate accounting system) • Manage supplier relationships, including timely reconciliations and query handling • Oversee vendor management processes in MRI, including creation and modification • Identify and process rental and deposit payments on bank statements, collaborating with offshore Accounts Receivable team • Manage Real Estate Deposits (RED), including setup, release, and maintenance of RED register • Collect and prepare monthly sales reports for centre managers, including annual audited sales turnover statements • Monitor and update tenant Public Liability insurance records in our system • Assist Corporate Finance team with processing direct recoverable invoices and facilitating approvals • Coordinate recharging of direct expenses to tenants • Support Finance Manager with Lease Administration, annual outgoings audits, and annual budgets • Assist with AP invoice posting to journals and request payment release authorisations • Manage office supplies, coordinate printer maintenance, and sort mail • Regularly archive documentation to SharePoint as requested Sound like you?
This is what we're looking for: • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently • Exceptional multitasking skills and ability to track outstanding tasks • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Experience with real estate accounting systems (preferably MRI) is highly desirable • Ability to adapt to various work processes and systems What you can expect from us: ?
