We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join a reputable mining company based in South Brisbane. As a Finance Administrator, you will perform essential finance-related duties, including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with budgeting and reporting. 

Key Responsibilities: Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Assist with monthly financial reporting and budgeting processes. Support the finance team in preparing financial statements and documentation. Conduct data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the financial system. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters. Participate in ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required. Occasionally travel to site for finance-related tasks and meetings. What You'll Bring: Previous experience in a finance administration role, preferably within the mining or relevant sectors. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Good understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders.
