About The Role 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Finance Administration Officer to work within our Billing and Collection Team.

Responsible for managing a portfolio of customer service agreements ensuring services provided are accurately billed Ensuring regular quality compliance checks are undertaken and making adjustments as required. Verifying weekly billing reports ensuring they are ready for signoff and invoice production Liaising with operational staff if required to implement billing and collection practices Preparing credit notes for sign off in accordance with About You The successful applicant will have exceptional administrative skills as well as the following:

Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in a finance based role

Billing and financial management processes experience Administrative experience with client records, service requests and administrative tasks Demonstrated proficiency in working with large CRM and Financial Management systems NDIA knowledge or other government funding understanding highly desirable Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others within a busy environment We are committed to filling this role quickly, so while applications for this role will close onSunday 30thJune2024we will be reviewing applications as they come in and may interview suitable candidates prior to closing date.
