About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a small but dynamic team, drive financial operations, and provide key strategic insights. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial reporting supporting end-of-year audits and working closely with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless operations.
You will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial health while supporting their customer base. You'll also be responsible for helping the business optimise processes as they continue to expand their offerings.

Your Responsibilities will include: Lead a team of 7 across two departments Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely P&L statements, oversee end-of-year audits, and provide ongoing financial insights to senior management. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency across both finance and customer service functions. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with customer service to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency, especially in handling key accounts with major retailers. The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Finance leader. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a hands-on approach to leadership.
Proven experience in a leadership role. High proficiency in Excel and the ability to prepare financial reports. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Experience in the e-commerce or retail sector is highly desirable. You will hold an Accounting Degree and ideally be CPA qualified. What's on Offer: Laptop and phone provided.
