As an employer, the progressive company has a reputation for being customer-centric and at the forefront of product and service offerings to their customers, operating within a highly competitive industry.About YOUR new job:Reporting to the GM, the Finance and Administration Manager will immerse themselves in this newly created position providing accounting technical support and delivery of key monthly reports to GM-level stakeholders and leading an offshore high-performing, dynamic team.Some of the critical tasks aligned to this role will include: Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing offshore finance and administration team of up to 10 employeesBuild meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders to achieve commercial success and a greater understanding of the operational impacts on the financial outcomesPro-actively offer business, economic and industry insight to senior business leadersReview policies and procedures to maintain robust practices and support the external Audit processDrive business improvement and process improvement projectsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders at GM levelAbout YOU!Be a self-starter with ideas, initiatives, and a forward-thinking approach, happy to challenge and communicate effectively with peers and managers.Possesses commercial acumen and an understanding of key business driversInterpersonally, you are naturally inquisitive with strong attention to detail and show resilience.
