The RoleThe Murchison Shire is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Finance/Administration Officer.

In this role, you'll provide outstanding support to internal and external stakeholders, making a significant impact beyond administrative tasks.
Your role will include some of the following responsibilities:
CreditorsDebtorsPayrollCustomer serviceGovernanceOther day-to-day administrative and finance tasksAn attractive salary package is on offer depending on qualifications and experience as per the following outline:
Base 76 hours per fortnight plus TOIL provisions.Full Time Annual Salary $61,600 - $67,000 per annum.
Range depends on qualifications and experience.Council provides superannuation at 11.5% plus a voluntary Council co-contribution up to 5%.An unfurnished, modern, air-conditioned residence is available for the position.The Shire meets all costs associated with power, water, and gas utilities.
Home internet services with an allocation of data and Foxtel services at a reduced cost also form part of the package.
A free freight service from Geraldton operates weekly.The Murchison Shire has an active community garden, museum, events calendar, and sports club providing facilities that would not be expected from a "Shire with no Town."
