ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: Wilson Security Head Office RivervaleFull Time positionWe are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of FIFO Scheduling Coordinator within our Western Australia (WA) operations.
This pivotal role requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and demonstrates high adaptability while maintaining structure.
As a leadership position within the allocated contract, the FIFO Scheduling Coordinator will report directly to the Regional Manager, overseeing all aspects of workforce planning and project management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Efficiently schedule and roster both permanent and ad hoc/casual workforce.Manage and maintain rosters, including identifying recruitment needs and providing leave coverage.Ensure compliance with site requirements and qualifications.Manage and allocate ad hoc work, ensuring accurate data entry to minimize payroll errors.Track, measure, and report on labour usage, providing recommendations to the Wilson Security WA Leadership Team.Manage associated systems and tools to ensure accurate and efficient rostering.Ensure correct employee payments (Payroll function).Provide first point of contact and support for employee and customer inquiries.Lead ongoing projects related to workforce planning and optimization.Point of contact for the National Operations Centre (NOC).Manage and reduce dropped hours/shifts.Coordinate travel requirements for FIFO sites.Track and report on overtime, dropped shifts, and general staffing trends.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A positive people person able to build professional relationships with staff quickly.Proven experience in high-paced rostering and scheduling environments.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.High adaptability while maintaining structure and organization.Strong coordination skills with experience in managing projects and teams.Thorough understanding of the Security Services Industry Award.Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume data in a fast-paced setting.Experience in large-volume people rostering (approx.
