Due to unprecedented growth in the region, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Safety Advisor to join our remote portfolio in Moranbah/Dysart in Central Queensland. Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work a 8:6 roster, flying in and out of Brisbane.
The Position The continual improvement of our safety management system Providing specialist safety advice and support to our operational teams Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance Conducting regular safety interactions Ensuring safety compliance and supporting investigations Working a 8 day on 6 day off roster - 12 hour days The Person Experience in Safety Advisory positions, having held responsibility for delivering overall HSEQ support. Strong and decisive safety leadership skills with ability to engage stakeholders Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships, effectively bringing people along the site safety journey.
