From oil rigs to goldmines and everything in between, Delta Facilities Management delivers asset management, maintenance and construction services in some of Australia's most beautiful but least hospitable locations. We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done, and doing it safely.
Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD region, we are looking for experienced Carpenters to take us into our next growth phase, as we mobilise our Anglo American villages in the Middlemount, Moranbah and Moura regions.
Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work a 2:2 roster, working 11 hour days. Flights ex Brisbane, accommodation and meals included. Locals are encouraged to apply on a drive-in, drive-out basis.
The Position

Work as part of the Delta FM Trades team performing reactive and preventative maintenance works on our remote camp facilities
Prior experience performing camp maintenance and repairs (desirable)
Perform pre-start inspections and keep audit reports
Assist with work from various departments as required
Responsive and flexible workload
Uphold safe work practices that are specific to remote site work

The Person

Previous experience working remotely in the resources sector (desirable)
Trade qualified and registered with QBCC
FIFO Camp Maintenance experience (desirable)
Working in confined spaces
Working at heights
White Card
QBCC Licence
Current drivers licence
Full working rights with ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test
