The RoleDue to recently awarded contracts with some of Australia's biggest Telecommunications carriers, we have multiple positions for experienced Field Supervisors in QLD, NSW & VIC to cover metropolitan and regional based work. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading field operations and personnel, ensuring the successful execution of fixed network projects.
Responsibilities will include:Supervise and mentor a team of subcontractor field technicians.Schedule and assign daily tasks to field personnel.Promote and enforce safety protocols and best practices.Manage and allocate resources, including equipment and materials.Monitor work progress and quality to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.Budget & cost management.About YouQualification: Engineering, Construction Management or Telecommunications cert 3 desired.
Experience: In a similar role within project operations working with on-demand projects.
