Telecommunications (Information & Communication Technology) Full time $150k-$160k Neg on experience - WFH Hybrid role Job Opportunity: Field Subject Matter Expert (SME) in TelecommunicationsLocation: Brisbane (open to other locations) VIC or NSWPosition: Field SME in TelecommunicationsStart Date: ASAPContract: 12 months - transfer to perm Job Purpose:As the field SME in telecommunications, you will be the go-to expert on technical matters related to field operations. You will work closely with field teams, engineers, and project managers to ensure that projects are executed with the highest level of technical proficiency, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the technical expert in telecommunications field operations and mentor field technicians.Ensure field teams have access to the latest technical knowledge and best practices.Establish, enforce, and audit technical quality standards for field operations.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in the field.Promote and enforce safety protocols and best practices in all field activities.Develop, deliver, and update technical training programs for field personnel.Maintain detailed records of technical assessments, audits, and solutions.Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the telecommunications industry.Desired Experience and Skills:NBN & Telstra Wireless experienceFull working rights in AustraliaEducation: Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, or a related field.Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of telecommunications equipment, technologies, and infrastructure.Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Leadership abilities to guide and mentor field teams.
