Field Services Representative - Mechanical Key Responsibilities and Duties: Effectively operate as an integral member of the Service team, providing advice and support as required and demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organisational goals and objectives.Work and operate in line with their attained skill level as set out in the SE Skill Assessments.Provide mechanical support for new and remarketed press and post press equipment installations.Provide mechanical support for repairs to new and remarketed press and bindery equipment installed at the customers' site or in house.Provide mechanical support for service contracts as required, ensuring all procedures are followed.Identify service gaps and sources of customer dissatisfaction and work with the team to identify, recommend and support solutions to rectify the problem.Support sales operation in respect to field technical issues, customer complaints and sales opportunities for HAN.Be an effective and efficient team player, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organisational values, goals and objectives.Ensure all paperwork and PDA communications are kept up-to-date and completed clearly and concisely in line with company policies and procedures.Conduct work within the HS&E regulations and adherence to all Company policies and procedures.Why work for HEIDELBERG?
