Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced full-time Technician to join our team and make a real difference! You'll be at the heart of customer satisfaction, ensuring BSH products are serviced quickly and effectively. As a Field Service Technician, you'll keep our products running smoothly and elevate the customer experience with your expert technical support and friendly, professional service.

Duties and Responsibilities: Service Calls/Customer Service: Respond to service calls, keep detailed records, and make sure repairs are done right.Focus on reducing wait times and keeping customers happy.Handle payments and issue invoices while managing repair requests efficiently.Provide top-notch technical support and assist with stock refurbishment when needed.Stock Control: Keep track of van inventory and manage your toolkit and vehicle.Ensure everything is in good shape and ready for use.Administration: Manage repair requests and complete admin tasks promptly.Participate in training and support various after-sales functions.Health and Safety: Take an active role in promoting and adhering to health and safety standards.Desired Skills and ExperienceDesired Skills and Experience: Current Certificate III in Appliance servicing Certificate or a full Electrical License.Excellent electrical and mechanical aptitude with experience in home appliance repair or similar.Current Full Australian Driver's License.Exceptional communication skills that ensure you deliver an outstanding customer experience.Great communication and administrative abilities.A strong commitment to health and safety.Why BSH?
