Field Service Technician

We are seeking a mechanically minded Field Service Technician to join our team in WA.
This role offers a fully maintained vehicle (available for personal use), extensive training, and a competitive bonus structure valued between 10k – 20K a year based upon performance.

You will gain hands-on experience with an extensive range of equipment, including hoists, overhead cranes, and full workshop setups.
Your role will involve troubleshooting, performing repairs, and providing regular maintenance for a range of equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, fault-finding, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on equipment such as vehicle service equipment, hoists, and lifts.
Oversee all site installations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Provide training and support to clients post-installation.
Carry out mechanical and hydraulic repairs as necessary.
Complete accurate and timely diagnostics and service reports.
Key Requirements: Trade qualification or experience.
Prior experience in maintenance or technical service roles.
Proficiency in interpreting maintenance manuals, installation drawings, and other technical documents.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Professionalism and a high standard of customer service.
Ability to work well under pressure.
