Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Field Service Technician with a passion for hydraulics? Bosch Rexroth is looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual to join our Mackay branch, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting industrial and mining customers across regional Queensland.
Key Responsibilities: Service & Maintenance: Analyze work orders, plan schedules, troubleshoot issues, and perform system tests to ensure optimal performance.Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships by addressing complaints, suggesting improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Documentation & Reporting: Complete service forms, reports, and logs accurately. Notify the Service Manager when jobs are ready for invoicing.Sales & Quotations: Explore sales opportunities, prepare service quotations, and follow up on them.
