The ROLE Provide leadership, supervision and technical support to the Hobart Field Service team with a strong focus on growing internal and external relationships.
Experience with scheduling, job delegation and coordination of field service employees.
Lead Health & Safety through proactive management of risk reduction initiatives and innovative solutions.
Ability to appraise requirements, make recommendations in respect to work methods and techniques and deliver outcomes.
Leading preventative maintenance programs with sound knowledge of job costing and time frames.
Contribute to training and succession plans to ensure operational excellence is achieved and sustained in the long term.
About YOU Trade Qualification (Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant).
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with demonstrated leadership experience.
Sound knowledge of R&M for both 'On Road' and 'Mobile Plant' equipment – variety of makes & models.
Sound influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills including the ability to advocate change and win over resistance.
Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong business acumen, commercial strategy, and financial management skills.
