Reporting to the Branch Manager, the

Field Service Supervisor

is accountable for the ownership of the customer experience by providing the complete customer care experience regarding WesTrac service, repair, and general service provision queries in relation to the allocated area of service/equipment.The role is accountable for ensuring effective work order management and department performance to achieve WesTrac's targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar, customer, and WesTrac requirements.Location : BunburyRoster : (9D / 5O or 10D / 4O) Permanent Full-TimeTo be successful the following is required:Relevant HD Trade background.Experience leading a team in a similar industry (desirable).Sound Communication and Engagement skills with the ability to issue clear directives in a high-risk working environment.Understanding of OH&S requirements and quality risk assessments.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and utilise the knowledge and rapport to exceed customer expectations.Experience working in a dynamic work environment and demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities.Excellent Customer facing skills and relationship building skills.Ability to effectively utilise various computer systems.Requirements for the role:Extensive experience in a Mechanical Supervisory position (Dealership experience is desirable).Previous experience within a warehouse, parts, or distribution environment.Caterpillar Systems, Parts, and Product knowledge.Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.Have the demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.What we offer:Unrivalled training and development via The WesTrac Institute.Family-friendly, Perth-based rostered work - Stay home every night.Fantastic team environment and inclusive work culture.Made for More Rewards program with discounts at retailers like Woolworths, Caltex, Apple, Crown, Qantas, and many more.Discounted health insurance, income protection insurance, and salary sacrifice options.If you are interested in taking your career to the next level with WesTrac, click the 'Apply' button today!WesTrac Pty Ltd is committed to achieving a diverse and engaged workforce.
