We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to join our LSS team in Perth, WA. Reporting to the Director Field Service Eng, this role will primarily be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day requirements of the Woodside Agreement and the Woodside Service Team, including the timely delivery of customer requirements and the financial performance of the team.
This person serves as the primary high-level customer interface to ensure problem identification and resolution meets customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship management and development for the A360 contract including face-to-face meetings with Woodside stakeholders as required. Be the Woodside advocate within Honeywell.
Communication with the Customer in accordance with a contract-specific Communications Plan (supported by Stakeholder Analysis and RASCI).
Ensure compliance with contract-specific HSE Plan, and customer's HSE policies and practices both on and off-site.
Help resolve, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents that arise, with relevant stakeholders. This includes managing the escalation process for the customer.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
Appropriate technical/business qualification for role.
Six Sigma Certification.
ITIL Certification preferred.
Extensive experience in the Industrial Automation or Relevant Industry.
Systems integration.
Field Service experience.
Demonstrated technical management and leadership abilities (Conceptualise, develop, and execute).
10+ years of customer delivery in services &/or project environment.
