With further growth anticipated across the next 1-5 years, opportunity for personal growth amongst an exciting and energetic team awaits the right candidate.ABOUT YOUCMA is seeking an experienced Boilermaker to work onsite in the Hunter Valley NSW.As a Field Service Boilermaker for CMA, you will be required to repair and maintain a wide range of late model heavy plant and equipment. The role requires travel across the state of NSW (Hunter Valley) to service Delta plant and equipment at various project sites.You will have a strong background in fabrication, specializing in heavy earth moving equipment. A background in construction and experience with Hitachi, Yanmar, Mustang, Cat, Komatsu and/or Volvo plant would be advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fitting of metal components using hand and power tools.Inspect and repair damaged or faulty boilers and pressure vessels.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.Maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in good working condition.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Boilermaker.Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and boiler systems.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.Ability to work with heavy machinery and power tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (where applicable).Strong communication and teamwork skills.ESSENTIAL:Passion for people and their safety.Permanent residency.Existing Order 43 Medical or ability to complete an Order 43 Medical.Experience in field service environments, particularly industrial, mine, and construction sites.The ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality workmanship.Ability to undertake and maintain mine site inductions.DESIRABLE:Demonstrated communication skills – verbal and written.Proven capacity to multi-task.High level decision making and problem-solving skills.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 packages, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise and follow up.WORKING WITH USCMA Contracting embraces diversity and encourages applications from people of all backgrounds.
