Water industry experience is not required as full product training is provided.With exciting new products hitting the Australian market for the first time, a new position, Field Sales Manager (Brisbane), has been created. We are looking for a driven individual who can deliver on personal sales targets while recruiting, training, and managing a small team.Based from their Mansfield office, you will be the driving force, responsible for building, mentoring, training, and motivating our sales teams and leading by example.An ability to build a strong rapport with customers and staff alike is imperative.Reporting to the sales manager based in Sydney, you will be responsible for:Learning the ropes and achieving personal sales targets in a face-to-face business sales environmentStaff training and development to ensure staff performance meets company standards of excellenceImplementing procedures that have been introduced and pre-approved by managementEnsuring higher efficiency, better service, and thus improving overall customer satisfactionManaging and reporting on weekly and monthly performanceWorking closely with the local Brisbane service manager and teamRequirements:Successful previous experience as a sales rep consistently meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in a B2B environmentDemonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectivelyProven ability to complete the sales process from plan to closeStrong business senseExcellent training, coaching, and leadership skillsEffective time management, problem-solving, and organizational skillsSalary and Incentives:Base salary $80,000 + Super + Bonuses. OTE $105,000Structured quarterly bonus based on performance and results
