About the role We're looking for a Casual Field Representative to join the Retail Select Team and provide a range of service options to the two Bunnings stores in the Mackay area that enable our Dulux, Cabot's, Selleys, and Yates brands to continue to grow and win in the marketplace. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
The focus of the role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements and to support, train, and deliver in-store projects. You will be an in-store ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with both the Bunnings and the DuluxGroup teams.
In this autonomous role, you will play a key role in enabling our sales teams to execute their roles, support their in-store strategies, and provide the best possible shopping experience for our consumers. You will also have the opportunity to understand our marketing fundamentals from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will be available to work approximately 19 hours per week (including weekends) for an initial 10-month period and we are super flexible around days and times. The role involves fortnightly store visits to Airleigh Beach and you'll be compensated with a travel allowance.
